Our Response to COVID-19


Due to the unfortunate times we are living in:

We ship all orders within 24 hours of it being received or the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).  Once items are shipped, there may be shipping delays due to shipping companies affected by COVID-19. However, we try to cut down on that time by shipping your orders as soon as possible.

While we remain open online, we have made important changes to the way we fulfill your orders to safeguard our team. The additional safety measures we have implemented are as recommended by the CDC and WHO, and include:

  • Social distancing with masks when multiple team members are filling orders 
  • Increased distances between packaging stations
  • Frequent sanitizing of all equipment & stations
  • Hand Sanitizer readily available at all workstations, entrances, and exits & required mask and gloves
